Woodland Joint Unified School District
Using this online site, you will be able enroll your child in grades TK - 12th. In order to complete your enrollment, you will need the following:
- Child's birth certificate
- Immunization record
- 2 Different and current address verifications
- Transcript (Grades 9-12)
All documents are required in order to submit your enrollment. Once your enrollment has been submitted it will need to be reviewed by school site staff for approval.
PROOF OF RESIDENCY- TWO DIFFERENT AND CURRENT PROOF OF RESIDENCY- are required at the time of enrollment. Acceptable forms of proof are two of the following documents for your current address: * - Property tax statement or rent receipt (must list name, address & for rentals, landlord contact information), * - Utility statement, must list name & address (Gas, Electric or Water), * - Escrow papers with closing date and escrow # indicating the name, address, * - Mortgage payment receipt indicating address and name, * - Home Insurance receipt indicting address and name, * - Current pay stub,* - Declaration of temporary residency affidavit in case of homeless children, * - Declaration of temporary residency executed by the student’s parent/guardian and resident
